In Ihrer Rolle sorgen Sie dafür, dass unsere Transportprozesse reibungslos laufen:
- Sie prüfen Importdokumente sowie Ankunftsdaten und behalten alle Sendungen im Blick
- Sie erstellen Zollaufträge und organisieren die Abfertigung
- Sie steuern Nachläufe
- Sie organisieren Landtransporte und bereiten die Zustellungen vor
- Sie betreuen die Lagergeschäfte
WELCHE STÄRKEN SIE EINSETZEN
- Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise im Bereich Spedition und Logistik
- alternativ z. B. als Bürokaufmann/-frau mit Interesse am Quereinstieg in die Logistik
- Erste bis mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im kaufmännischen Umfeld, idealerweise in der Logistik
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
- Sie kommunizieren klar, arbeiten strukturiert und behalten auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen den Überblick
- Teamgeist, Flexibilität und eine zuverlässige Arbeitsweise runden Ihr Profil ab
